Returns: Any returns should be notified either by phone (or e-mail us) as soon as possible to ensure a replacement is sent to you as quickly as possible. In the case of software being returned, we only accept unopened - still shrinkwrapped - items for return. All other items must be still in their original packaging. We accept the following reasons for return: - Wrong item(s) sent.
