SolarWinds Orion NCM - Network Configuration Management
Solarwinds Orion NCM Network Configuration Management, formerly called Cirrus, can now intergrated into the Orion Network Performance Monitor V9 or still run as a standalone tool. This new version extends the capabilities of Cirrus as an affordable, easy-to-use network change and configuration management solution. Orion NCM can automate device configuration management across multi-vendor network infrastructures.
Orion NCM monitors network devices, and helps with configuration tasks such as configuration backups, real-time change management, device inventory management and comprehensive policy management for routers, switches, firewalls, access points, VPN concentrators and other network devices.
Integration of Orion NCM together with NPM provides some new capabilities, such as Cause & effect analysis of configuration changes and alerting.
Orion NCM , you can count on out-of-the-box support for devices from a multitude of leading equipment vendors, including Cisco, Nortel, Motorola, Extreme, Dell, HP, Aruba, Arris, Marconi, Foundry, Fortigate, Enterasys Cabletron, Citrix, Radware and Juniper.
